Welcome, and congratulations on taking the first step in your healing journey by seeking out a therapist!
I currently provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in work with adolescents and members of the LGBTQ community, as well as those experiencing challenges related to anxiety, depression, personality disorders, self acceptance, and disordered eating. In my work, I provide a safe space to express emotions, offer compassionate, warm, and non-judgmental support, and I believe that everyone is different and individually tailor therapy for my clients. As I assist you through your therapeutic process, together we work towards personal growth, personal empowerment, love, and self-acceptance.
I have an integrative approach: I focus on all dimensions of your experience — cognitive, creative, energetic, physical, emotional, and spiritual. In our work, I may utilize person-centered therapy, expressive arts therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and dialectical-behavioral therapy as foundations to help facilitate insight into your experience and guide you to trust yourself.
I bring a unique set of cultural awareness, knowledge, and personal experience. I aim to help my clients gain greater self-awareness and offer positive coping tools for clients to use out in the real world. I am your witness, mentor, coach, and companion along with your exploration. My highest priority is to remind you; you are not alone.
*I am offering telehealth sessions and limited in-person services due to the COVID-19 pandemic.*
