Oak Creek Relational Counseling Center
Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
Supervised by Stephen Polin LMFT #7861
Sometimes in life, we face problems or setbacks that impede our relationships, identity, self-esteem, and even aspirations. I believe through therapy, we can develop ways to achieve life goals and improve ones overall life satisfaction. I work dynamically and collaboratively to explore inner thoughts and feelings to bring positive changes and meaning to ones life. I utilize personal strengths to help build inner resources/skills to cope with daily life stressors, relationship problems, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other concerns. I have work with at risk youth in an out door setting for almost two years. I’ve planned camping, skiing, snowshoeing trips etc. I also worked with the Episcopal Diocese of Minnesota as a spiritual youth director where I helped plan youth retreats focused on spiritual development for two years.
Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic all sessions will be via telehealth.
