I lead with empathy and authenticity and strive to build an alliance with you. I work from a psycho-dynamic and existential orientation and aim to be collaborative and flexible to each person’s unique challenges. I’m interested in the corrective experiences an authentic relationship between counselor and client can have for those seeking change in their lives. My background includes working with adolescents in a residential treatment center using DBT and I am a current graduate student with Sonoma State’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling program.
