My name is Keenan Nelson-Barer and I am a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) Trainee.I have always enjoyed helping people and wanted to be a therapist from my own experience seeing therapists. I know that asking for help is difficult, but congratulations you are taking the first step. With Covid-19 pandemic there are a lot of individuals who find themselves in situations they have never been before and I am here to help and discuss anything at all.
I have attended National University (formally John F. Kennedy University) for the past 2 years where I have learned various theories and ways to help people with therapy. I look forward to providing my clients with a safe space and am completely non-judgemental and understand things happen and am ready for any situation that is occurring.
“Life doesn’t make any sense without interdependence. We need each other, and the sooner we learn that, the better for us all.” -Erik Erikson
Due to the current Covid-19 Pandemic all sessions will be via video conferencing.
