When human beings experience trauma and distress, their lives begin to unravel.  This may look different for everyone: some may feel stuck or conflicted and others may feel unsure or so distressed that hope and faith are lost. During this time, it is normal to feel lost and disconnected.

My purpose is to support my clients find their own ways to reach peace, wholeness, and tranquility in their lives and to improve their relationships with others.

My educational background includes a B.A. in Psychology from John F. Kennedy University where I am currently enrolled in the Master’s Program in Counseling Psychology specializing in Marriage Family Therapy.

I pull from a variety of approaches, within a strong foundation of mindfulness and I am committed to whatever theory works best for the individual client.
