"The best way out is through". - Robert Frost

We go through so many ups and downs in our lives. Big moments, small moments, and everything in between. But all of these experiences share something in common, in order to keep moving forward in your life, you must move through your experiences. Therapy can offer us a way to find our path "through".

I currently work with individuals, couples, and families in therapy to meet a wide variety of goals. I specialize in working with adolescents and transitional-aged youth who face a variety of problems. I also have a passion for working with those who have Sensory Processing Sensitivity (SPS, also known as Highly Sensitive People - HSP), and those who identify as introverts as these individuals are unique and often highly misunderstood members of society. In addition, I have experience working with clients who suffer from depression, anxiety, self-esteem problems, communication problems, ADHD, PTSD, and more.

My goal is to create a safe and accepting space in therapy. Through my integrative approach, I tailor treatment to each client's unique needs and emphasize the client's role in setting their own goals and creating their own experience in therapy. Therapy is a collaborative process and I base much of my work on the client-therapist relationship and our teamwork together.

With my experience, I bring a unique and culturally adaptive approach to therapy. I aim to work alongside clients to meet their goals; along the way, I strive to help them gain self-awareness, mental clarity, and balance in their lives.

I am currently offering both in-person and telehealth sessions.
*In-person sessions will follow health and safety protocols and clients must be able to provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19*
