I take a mindfulness approach to therapy, interweaving various modalities and theoretical approaches including relational counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectic behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-focused therapy. I believe everyone has the answers to their own challenges which can be uncovered in therapy. By acquiring skills and evidence-based techniques we can learn to have a different relationship with the challenges we confront.  My goal is to guide individuals along the path to self-actualization and realization of their goals, living their best life on their own terms. In addition to a degree in Counseling Psychology, I am a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC-III) with extensive experience treating addictions.
