About Anne
Support for whatever life throws your way.
My name is Anne Schier, and I'm an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT).
I'm sure most of us had an idea of what we wanted our lives to look like when we were young - and I'm willing to bet that for most of us, life didn't exactly play by our rules. Maybe you're struggling with where you find yourself now - life transitions, relationships, jobs, diagnoses, or simply feeling stuck. Maybe you're dealing with feelings of depression, anxiety, overwhelm, or unease (probably not on our "life wish list"!)
No matter the issue, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, comfortable, and understood - and also to make that space a collaborative one where you know you're an active participant on the path to positive change. I'll meet you where you are, and together we'll uncover unhelpful patterns and trade them for new ones, normalize and work through life's challenges, and create meaning aligned with your values - nobody else's.
