Welcoming Madison Gluck, MFT Trainee to Oak Creek

9/14/2025

Picture
Madison Gluck is a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee who believes that every person has the innate ability to rewrite their own story and create lasting change. She is passionate about working with couples, families, and individuals navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, and personal growth.

In her work, Madison draws from Emotionally Focused Family Therapy and Structural Family Therapy, emphasizing empathy, empowerment, and curiosity. She helps couples strengthen their connection, supports families as they navigate conflict, and guides individuals seeking clarity, healing, and direction. Madison’s focus is on fostering deeper understanding and stronger relationships, while co-creating a safe and supportive space for clients to feel seen, heard, and valued.

Her areas of focus include anxiety and stress-related concerns, depression, coping skills, life adjustments and transitions, premarital counseling, mood disorders, relational and interpersonal challenges, strengths-based care, substance use and addiction, trauma and PTSD, and women’s issues.

Currently completing her clinical training at Oak Creek Relational Counseling Center, Madison views therapy as a collaborative journey where clients can discover their strengths, clarify their values, and take meaningful steps toward growth and resilience. She believes therapy is not just about healing wounds—it’s about cultivating insight, building connections, and embracing meaningful change.

Madison is supervised by Stephen Polin, LMFT #7861, and offers therapy through Oak Creek’s counseling program. We’re grateful to have her insight, dedication, and compassionate presence on our team.

Tiffany Castillo is a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee who believes that therapy is a space to explore, understand, and grow—not just a place to address challenges. Life can be noisy, demanding, and full of expectations, both from others and from ourselves, and Tiffany understands how easy it can be to lose sight of who you truly are and what you really want.

In her work, Tiffany meets clients exactly where they are, offering a supportive and judgment-free environment where growth feels possible and self-discovery feels safe. She draws from Collaborative, Psychodynamic, and Experiential Therapy to help individuals, couples, and families strengthen communication, deepen compassion, and explore new ways of connecting. Her approach encourages clients to embrace their authentic selves, clarify what matters most, and take meaningful steps toward the life they want.

Currently completing her clinical training at Oak Creek Relational Counseling Center, Tiffany supports clients through life transitions, relational challenges, and moments of personal transformation. She believes therapy is not just about healing wounds—it’s about expanding possibilities, embracing self-worth, and building relationships and a life that feel deeply authentic.

If you’re reading this and wondering what it might feel like to truly embrace your voice, prioritize your needs, or take the first step toward a more authentic life, Tiffany invites you to reach out. What would it mean for you to feel seen, heard, and supported on your journey?

Tiffany is supervised by Stephen Polin, LMFT #7861, and offers therapy through Oak Creek’s counseling program. We’re grateful to have her insight, dedication, and supportive presence on our team.
