Oak Creek Relational Counseling Center is glad to introduce Lauren Hlavac to the Pleasant Hill community. Lauren is a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee and graduate student at Saint Mary's College of California, now completing her clinical training at Oak Creek under the supervision of Stephen Polin, LMFT #7861. A Collaborative, Solution-Focused Approach Lauren believes therapy is for everyone, and that reaching out for support is a courageous step toward growth and healing. Her approach is collaborative and solution-focused: together with her clients, she identifies strengths, explores patterns that may no longer be serving them, and builds practical tools to support their goals and overall well-being. Lauren tailors each session to the individual in front of her, creating a space where self-exploration and lasting change can take root. Getting Started with Lauren Lauren is currently accepting new clients at Oak Creek Relational Counseling Center in Pleasant Hill.
