About Jasmin

Understanding what's underneath — at a pace that feels right.

My name is Jasmin Evans, and I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and a Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor at Oak Creek Relational Counseling Center.

If you often feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in the same frustrating relationship patterns, or just exhausted from carrying around self-doubt and burnout, you don't have to figure it all out on your own. I tend to work really well with adults who are ready to look beneath the surface, understand why they feel the way they do, and build a gentler, more supportive relationship with themselves along the way.

Therapy with me is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. My approach is rooted in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), which means we'll slow things down and safely untangle the underlying emotions keeping you stuck, while weaving in practical CBT and DBT tools you can actually use in everyday life.

We'll go at a pace that feels comfortable for you — working together to quiet that harsh inner critic, handle life's big transitions, and help you feel more grounded and secure in who you are.
