Jennifer Reposar

I have always been drawn to the depth and complexity of human experience and the relationships that influence our lives. I believe our connections with others and with ourselves deeply shape how we perceive the world, navigate challenges, and grow. I am especially committed to helping clients through major life changes, relationship problems, parenting, grief, and loss. I also have a particular interest in supporting women and families as they adapt to the profound changes of motherhood, including the perinatal and postpartum periods.

My name is Jennifer, and I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee and graduate student at Saint Mary's College of California. I am honored to be completing my clinical training at Oak Creek Relational Counseling Center, where I enjoy working with individuals of all ages, as well as couples and families.

Together, we'll explore your lived experience, deepen your understanding of yourself and your relationships, and build on the strengths you already have as you move toward greater authenticity and meaningful connection.

My approach is integrative and holistic, drawing from person-centered, psychodynamic, existential, and relational-cultural therapy. I believe healing can happen when individuals feel safe being seen, understood, and accepted exactly as they are. I value both the depth and the lightness that can be part of the therapeutic process, and when appropriate, I welcome humor as a way to foster connection and ease. I also incorporate mindfulness and the mind-body connection when it feels supportive to the work.
