About Julie
A steady space to slow down, feel heard, and find real change.
You love your partner, but you're tired of having the same argument. Or maybe you've become the person who keeps it together for everyone else while quietly feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally exhausted.
You already know therapy can help. You're looking for someone who can help you understand why you keep getting pulled into the same patterns and show you a different way forward.
I'm Julie Beach, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist at Oak Creek Relational Counseling Center in Pleasant Hill.
I work with individuals and couples who are ready to make meaningful change. Together we'll slow things down, understand what's happening beneath the conflict, anxiety, or disconnection, and build new ways of responding that feel more authentic and lasting. I'm active, collaborative, and direct when it matters, while making sure you feel understood and supported throughout the process.
Whether we're working through relationship conflict, anxiety, trauma, or life's major transitions, my goal is simple: help you leave therapy feeling more connected to yourself, the people you love, and the life you want to build.
If you're ready to stop repeating the same patterns and start creating lasting change, I'd love to connect.
