My name is Lauren Hlavac, and I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee and graduate student at Saint Mary's College of California.
I believe that therapy is for everyone and that seeking support is a courageous step toward growth and healing. I am committed to creating a welcoming space where you feel heard and empowered to work toward the life you want.
My approach is collaborative and solution-focused, rooted in the belief that every person has the capacity for growth. Together, we will identify your strengths, explore patterns that may no longer be serving you, and develop practical tools that support your goals and overall well being. I tailor therapy to each client's experiences, creating a space where self exploration and lasting change can emerge.
I am honored to be completing my clinical training at Oak Creek Relational Counseling Center, where I have the privilege of supporting individuals, couples, and families.
