About Madison
Helping you slow things down, make sense of what's underneath, and reconnect.
Are you feeling stuck in constant conflict with your partner, overwhelmed by parenting challenges, or noticing growing distance in your family? You are not alone — and support does not have to be out of reach.
I offer affordable therapy for children, families, and couples, including pro bono (free), $30 low-fee, and sliding scale sessions. If cost has been a barrier, I am happy to work with you to find an option that feels manageable.
My name is Madison, and I am a Marriage and Family Therapist trainee at Oak Creek Relational Counseling Center, providing in-person therapy in Pleasant Hill, CA and online therapy throughout California. My approach is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which helps you better understand your emotions, break negative patterns, and create more secure, supportive relationships.
In our work together, you can expect a collaborative, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where everyone feels heard and supported. I currently have availability — feel free to reach out to schedule a session or ask any questions.
