Our Therapists
People who reflect the communities they serve.
At Oak Creek, we believe every client deserves a therapist who respects and honors their individuality. Our team brings a wide range of backgrounds, specializations, and therapeutic approaches — so you can find the right fit for you.
A note on our clinicians: Oak Creek is a training institution. Some of our therapists are pre-licensed associates (AMFTs, APCCs, ASWs) and some are trainees completing their master's degrees — all working under active licensed supervision. Click any photo to read their full profile.

The Process
How we'll match you with the right therapist.
You don't have to figure this out alone. Here's how the intake process works:
01
You Reach Out
Fill out the contact form below or call our intake line. Tell us a bit about what you're looking for — service type, preferred format, and any therapist preference.
02
We Follow Up
A therapist will contact you within two business days to discuss your needs, answer questions, and help find the right fit for your situation.
03
You Begin
Once matched, your therapist will schedule your first session and walk you through any intake paperwork. Sessions are typically 50 minutes, once a week.
Areas of Focus
What we help with.
Our therapists work from a variety of orientations and specializations. Together we cover a broad range of concerns:
How We Work
Session formats to fit your life.
Individual Sessions
Typically 50 minutes, once a week. Depending on your needs, sessions may be longer or more frequent — your therapist will discuss scheduling during your consultation.
Couples & Family Sessions
We offer conjoint and family therapy for partners and families navigating relational challenges together. Session length and frequency are tailored to your situation.
Group Therapy
Groups typically meet for two hours with 5–8 members. Groups may run for a fixed number of sessions (usually 8–12) or on an ongoing basis. See current open groups.
Telehealth & In-Home
Available to anyone in California — you don't need to be near Pleasant Hill. If Zoom isn't a good fit and you can't leave home, reach out — we may be able to come to you. Learn more about telehealth.
Fees
Sliding-scale rates to fit your situation.
We offer sliding-scale fees based on financial need, and pro-bono options may be available. Rates vary by therapist. Reach out and we'll find an option that works for you — Kaiser Health Plan members receive a special discounted rate.
