About Megan

A space where you can show up as your whole self.

My name is Megan, and I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee and graduate student at Saint Mary's College of California. I entered the mental health field because I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. My hope is to create a warm and welcoming environment where you can be yourself, talk openly about what you're going through, and feel comfortable being honest without fear of judgment.

I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults who may be experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, or times when they simply feel stuck or unsure of what comes next. Whether you are working through something specific or simply want to better understand yourself, I will help you see therapy as a place to slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and find a path forward that feels right for you.

Most importantly, I want therapy to feel like a space where you can show up as your whole self. Building a genuine and trusting relationship is an important part of my work, and I hope that together we can create a space where you feel comfortable exploring your experiences, navigating challenges, and growing into the person you want to be.
