Molly Neach, Trainee (She, Her, Hers)
Hello!
My name is Molly, I am a Marriage and Family Therapist / Professional Clinical Counselor Trainee. My passion lies in helping individuals navigate the complexities of life with empathy and understanding. I believe in providing a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can express your thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly. Utilizing a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy and person-centered therapy, my goal is to tailor our sessions to meet your unique needs and help you uncover the strengths that will empower you to overcome challenges. Life can often feel overwhelming, and finding the right path forward might seem difficult. Through therapy, I aim to assist you in identifying the obstacles that stand in your way and developing practical strategies to move past them. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, or simply need a space to process your emotions, I'm here to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.
