Becoming an Oak Creek Associate
Thank you for contacting us here at Oak Creek Relational Counseling Center (OCRCC). Here is our process for hiring Associates into our program.
First you should look at our schedule and see if it will fit into your life. We expect all Associates make all supervisions, trainings and meetings per your contract as listed below. All meetings are virtual.
· Need one group supervision to start and one more for every tenth client:
· Wednesday 5pm - 6pm Therapist meeting
· Wednesday, 6pm - 8pm didactic or agency meeting
· Thursday 6pm – 7pm Advertising meeting
-Friday 9:30am – 11am supervision
-Saturday 8:30am -10:00am
There are office jobs, community outreach and other requirements which take up time as well as your paperwork and face to face clients.
Private practice setting is very hard, I only recommend it to those of you who are wanting to start your own private practice.
Second, if you are still interested at this point, email the following to pfilomeo@oakcreekcounseling.org
· Unofficial transcripts
· Letter of intent, including the answer to the question; What can I offer my community?
· Resume
· Give us the exact date which you would want to start so we can set you up with the closest orientation meeting.
Third, you will be set up with an appointment to meet online and get all your questions answered.
Good luck and Take Care.

Our therapists place a high value on the dignity and worth of all people. We embrace the richness brought by identities and expressions at the intersections of ethnicity, race, nationality, sexual/affectional orientation, gender, size, age, physical and mental abilities, religion/spirituality, socioeconomic status, and immigration status. We also recognize the immense impact that systemic racism and oppression have on mental health and well-being. In this spirit, we strive to foster cultural humility through ongoing training and professional development.
