Darkness is often the doorway that leads to light. We find ourselves amidst unspoken requirements that we must constantly find ways to fit into. What happens when we don’t exactly fit– prescribed roles don’t apply?  Is something wrong with us individually, or is society just not yet prepared for the current expression of who we are?

It would be an honor to walk with you as a fellow journeyer,  navigate your current intrigues, insights, passions, talents, challenges, and grievances.  While earning my master’s degree in holistic counseling psychology I focused on transpersonal & somatic therapy. During my training & associateship I’ve worked in equine facilitated therapy for veteran women with ptsd, individuals with anxiety, depression, personality disorders, children with autism, and elders with dementia.  In addition, I’ve provided therapy for individuals overcoming substance abuse and histories in criminal activity.

As opposed to labels, I focus on the unique essence of each client and work to bring each person’s gifts and skills to life. Our goal will be to help you become the most enriched and empowered version of yourself that you can be, living life to your unique & full potential, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically.

Let's start this adventure together!

Our therapists place a high value on the dignity and worth of all people. We embrace the richness brought by identities and expressions at the intersections of ethnicity, race, nationality, sexual/affectional orientation, gender, size, age, physical and mental abilities, religion/spirituality, socioeconomic status, and immigration status. We also recognize the immense impact that systemic racism and oppression have on mental health and well-being. In this spirit, we strive to foster cultural humility through ongoing training and professional development.
