Becoming an Oak Creek Associate
Thank you for considering Oak Creek Relational Counseling Center (OCRCC). If you would like to be considered for an associate/intern position, please send the following to [email protected]. To be considered you must have a current registration number and be in good standing with the BBS.
Interviews will be conducted online and determine if we are a good fit for each other.
Once you join OCRCC, associates are expected to:
Available Supervision Sessions:
Apart from completing client paperwork (progress and process notes) and your actual client sessions, associates do take on a small administrative task in order to help in the running of the clinic (water plants, clean coffee maker, etc.). At times, there is also community outreach affairs or at other community gatherings — attendance at these events is not mandatory but do offer you opportunities to advertise.
- Letter of intent, including the answer to the question; What can I offer my community?
- A current resume
- An estimated date which you would want to start

Once you join OCRCC, associates are expected to:
- Meet required BBS supervision hours every week based on clients seen that week.
- Attend monthly therapist meetings the first week of each month
Available Supervision Sessions:
- Tuesday 9am – 11am
- Thursday 6pm-8pm
- Friday 8:30am - 10:30am
- Saturday 8:30am -10:30am
- Wednesday 5pm - 6pm Therapist meeting (First Wednesday of the Month)
