At Oak Creek Relational Counseling Center, our therapists reflect the diversity of the communities in which we practice. We feel it is essential for clients to connect with a therapist with whom they can feel comfortable knowing their unique cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds will be respected and honored. We provide clients flexible hours; many of our therapists see clients on weekends and evenings in addition to weekdays.

Our therapists work from a variety of orientations and specializations. Groups:
In addition to individual, conjoint and family counseling, we offer therapy support groups, such as bereavement groups and parenting skills groups. Groups typically meet for two hours each session and have 5-8 members. The groups are lead by one or two of our therapist interns or one OCRCC intern and another therapy provider. The group facilitators and the type of group will determine if the group will meet for a fixed number of sessions, usually between 8-12 sessions, or is on-going. The facilitators will also set the cost either as a total for the fixed number of sessions, or on a per session basis, which can be lower than the cost of individual therapy sessions. Groups are formed based on the needs of the community. If you are interested in joining a group, please email us at [email protected].
Fees:
OCRCC's regular fees are $70.00 to $150.00 per 50-minute session. Payment is due at the beginning of each session unless other arrangements are made with your therapist. If you qualify, our therapists can also work with you on a pro/bono sliding scale and will work with you to set a fee that meets your financial needs. Pro bono/sliding scale fees depend upon the therapist and your income. You must be receiving government assistance to qualify for pro bono/sliding scale fees. We accept personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, Zelle, Venmo, and of course cash. There is a special negotiated fee of $10.00 off per session for Kaiser Health Plan Members.
Typically, clients meet their therapists for one 50-minute session per week. Depending on your needs and the therapist, session times may be longer than 50-minutes or more frequent then once per week. Your therapist will discuss scheduling with you at your first visit.
