CBT Homework Packs

Tools to support your work between sessions.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is one of the most well-researched approaches in mental health care. At its core, CBT helps you identify and shift thought patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, depression, or other difficulties. These downloadable worksheets are designed to support that work between therapy sessions.

What is Cognitive Restructuring?

Cognitive restructuring is a core CBT skill. It involves learning to notice unhelpful or distorted thoughts, examine the evidence for and against them, and practice replacing them with more balanced, realistic perspectives.

How to Use These Worksheets

These packs are intended to be used alongside your therapy sessions — not as a substitute for therapy. Your therapist may assign specific worksheets as between-session practice, or you can ask them which pack is the right starting point for you.

For Oak Creek clients only. These materials are not intended for resale or redistribution. They are provided exclusively for use by Oak Creek Relational Counseling Center clients as part of their therapy work.
